OUR MEAT

Our dry aged beef is carefully selected from premium Scottish cattle and aged in temperature and humidity-controlled conditions for a minimum of 28 days, with extended aging available up to 60+ days. This traditional aging process intensifies flavour, enhances tenderness, and develops the characteristic nutty, complex taste that discerning customers demand. Available as whole cuts or prepared to your exact specifications.
